The colorful and artistic designs are created by local artists, and each case is handcrafted by artisans. The colorful designs use the original colors of the flip-flops, with no dyeing whatsoever.
Each item is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece with no two designs exactly alike.
The flip-flops are collected from the coast of Kenya and thoroughly cleaned with detergent after collection. They are cleaned again with detergent after processing. The sides and interior are made from recycled cork, providing a gentle texture.
