The colorful and artistic designs are created by local artists, and each case is handcrafted by artisans. The colorful designs use the original colors of the sandals; no dyes are used at all.

The flip-flops are collected from the coast of Kenya, then carefully washed with detergent after collection. After processing, they are washed with detergent once more. Recycled cork is used for the sides and interior, providing a gentle texture.
